If you would like to attend the ChemPhysBio2023, please apply through the page Submit CV. 

Application deadline: May 10th

The number of attendees is limited, so apply early! In case of overbooking, a selection will be made based on the objectives of diversity and excellence.

A sciencesconf.org account is needed for the application. If you do not have one, please create it by clicking on the Login button at the top right.

During the application process, you will be asked to give:

• a title: => please enter your surname (in lowercase letters) and NAME (in capital letters)
• an abstract: => please provide the following information in the abstract
  
  1. your gender (Male, Female, None),
  2. your current status  (Ph.D. student - which year,  post-doc or other - specify),
  3. your laboratory,
  4. your institution,
  5. the city and country where you work,
  6. the title of your poster,
  7. your motivations (How the  school is important for your scientific or professional project?) (10-20 lignes)
  8. your accommodation preferences => just write "accommodation single room" / "no accommodation" / "accommodation double shared room". In the last case, specify the name of your room mate (who have to apply on his/her side with the same room mate name).

NOTE: by default accommodation dates are 2^nd to 8^th of July 2023. If you need more, please ask. If you are sure that you will come later or leave earlier, please tell us (but the price remains the same).

You will then be asked to upload a 1 page CV (pdf format please).

You will be informed the week following the dead line whether your application has been successful; you will then be able to register on the website (and pay the registration fees).
